Runs on your key from

Bring your own key

Your keys. Your rates.
Zero markup.

Paste in the API key you already pay for. Every model call runs through it, your provider bills you at cost, and we charge for the software. Nothing in between.

  • No resold tokens. You see the real price of every run, not ours plus a margin.
  • Keep your own rates. Volume discounts and committed spend stay yours.
  • Swap models freely. Pick a cheaper or sharper model per stage, the day it ships.
  • Your data, your contract. Prompts hit your provider account under your terms.

Topical maps

One keyword in.
A whole site plan out.

Give it a seed and it builds the architecture: clusters formed from live SERP overlap, scored against what competitors already cover, then sequenced into publishing waves so you know what to ship first.

  • Clustered by real SERPs. Pages group by who actually ranks for them, not by string similarity.
  • Scored against competitors. Gaps they left open rise to the top of the queue.
  • Sequenced into waves. A publishing order, not a 200-line keyword dump.

Quality loop

It edits itself
before you ever see it.

Most tools hand you their first attempt. Kaivolabs scores every draft against an editorial rubric, rewrites the weak parts, and scores it again. Only a version that beats the previous one moves forward.

  • Scored, not vibed. Sourcing, depth, structure and intent match, each rated.
  • Revised where it's weak. The rewrite targets the failing criteria, not the whole text.
  • You get the winner. The draft in your review queue already beat its predecessors.

Features

A pipeline, not a prompt box

Ten specialized stages behind every piece. Each one does a job a generalist chatbot can't.

Research-backed writing

Every piece starts from real SERP data and crawled sources. The pipeline reads what actually ranks before it writes a single line.

Images that fit your brand

Curated stock or generated visuals in your design system, with alt text, captions and compression handled for you.

A radar for what to cover next

News, RSS and YouTube monitoring turns your niche’s activity into drafts, and checks your sitemap so you never cannibalize yourself.

Metas, links and schema

Titles, descriptions, slugs, internal links, key takeaways and structured data come out of the same run, all editable.

Written to read human

Sourced facts instead of invented ones, and a deterministic typography pass that strips the punctuation tells of AI text.

You approve, it executes

Checkpoints exactly where they matter: validate the brief, review the images, sign off the draft. The rest runs on its own.

One run

What lands in your review queue

Not a draft to finish. A piece to approve.

Draft 1,800 to 3,000 words, structured and internally linked
Metas Title, description and slug, all editable
Key takeaways A summary block written for the reader, not the crawler
Images Hero and in-body visuals, described, compressed, swappable
Schema JSON-LD structured data, generated from the finished piece
Receipt What each stage cost on your own keys

How it works

From keyword to publish-ready in four moves

01

Point it at a keyword

Pick a target from your topical map or bring your own. The pipeline pulls live search data, competitor content and semantic terms.

02

It researches and writes

Outline, sourced research, long-form draft, internal links, metas, key takeaways and structured data, generated end to end.

03

It illustrates and self-edits

Images are sourced or generated in your style, then the draft is scored, revised and polished until it beats its own benchmark.

04

You review, then publish

You get publish-ready content with clean typography and zero AI tells. Approve it at the checkpoint and it’s done.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What does “bring your own key” actually mean here?

You paste your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or Mistral API key into your project. The pipeline runs every model call through your key, so your provider bills you directly at their published rates. We never resell tokens or add a markup: you pay us for the software, and them for the compute.

Why is that better than a tool that includes the tokens?

Because bundled pricing hides a markup, and you pay it on every single run. With your own key you see the real number, you keep any volume discount you already negotiated, and you can switch to a cheaper model the day it ships. Your data stays under your provider contract too.

How is this different from a chatbot or a one-shot AI writer?

Kaivolabs is a pipeline, not a prompt box. Each piece moves through dedicated stages (keyword data, research, outline, drafting, image production, quality scoring, final polish), each with its own specialized model calls and validation at every step. A chatbot gives you a draft; the pipeline gives you publish-ready content.

Will the content read like AI wrote it?

The pipeline is aggressive about this: sourced facts instead of invented ones, a deterministic typography pass that removes classic AI tells, and a scoring loop that rejects generic drafts. You still review everything before it ships.

What counts as one piece of content?

One credit is one complete pipeline run: research, writing, images, quality loop and polish included. Regenerating individual images or editing metas on an existing piece doesn’t consume a new credit.

Do I stay in control of what gets published?

Yes. Nothing publishes without your sign-off. There are built-in review checkpoints for the brief, the images, and the final draft. You can approve in one click or request changes.
